This coronavirus thing is almost like a leftist utopia! According to Breitbart News, a federal judge in California, who was appointed by the worst president in American history, Jimmy Carter (Obama gets an honorable mention), just forced the release of six illegal “immigrants” from jail.
Among their crimes were child molestation, child abuse, drunk driving and drug trafficking. You know, “low-level, victimless” crimes.
The current pandemic has turned into a leftist’s ultimate wet dream. Look at what has been accomplished in just a few short weeks, with for the most part Americans willing to go along with, like sheep to slaughter:
-Churches have been forced to cancel services, and better yet, in New York City communist sympathizing mayor Bill de Blasio threatened to shut them down permanently if they violated his social-distancing directive (First Amendment);
-Some government officials have taken away people’s Second Amendment rights by making gun retailers “non-essential” businesses, forcing them to shut their doors (Second Amendment);
-Anti-abortion protesters have been threatened with arrest, or in some cases actually arrested for violating stay-at-home orders; (First Amendment) and finally;
-Prisoners and illegal “immigrants” are being released from jails across the country, which is something social justice warriors have been praying for.
Judge Terry Hatter Jr., a judge at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, issued the order late last week.

Breitbart reports that the ACLU, funded by billionaire busybody George Soros, had filed a complaint arguing that the six had to be released because there was a fear they could contract COVID-19 while in ICE detention. Hatter agreed with the ACLU and felt that the following fine, upstanding men should be released into society:
-Paulo Rayon Vite, 35, a green-card holder from Mexico was convicted of child abuse on March 27, 2018;
-Illegal “immigrant” Martin Vargas Arellano, 54, of Mexico; convicted of child sex crimes against a minor under 14, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, petty theft with priors, domestic abuse and failing to register as a sex offender;
-Charleston Edward Dacoff, 54, of Belize; has extensive criminal record, including multiple convictions for drunk driving, carrying a loaded firearm in a public place, possession of drugs, and two convictions for driving with a suspended license;
-Luis Lopez Salgado, 40, from Mexico, a green card holder. Salgado has three convictions for selling and trafficking cocaine and intent to vandalize;
-19-year-old illegal alien Jose Hernandez Velaszquez of Guatemala, has been named a flight risk in federal court.
-Jose Robles-Rodriguez, 37, of Guatemala, charged in October 2019 with drunk driving. ICE says he is a danger to the public.
Breitbart is also reporting that thirteen illegal “immigrants” are suing the federal government via the ACLU to be released from two detention centers in California. They allegedly have pre-existing health conditions, and range in age from 28 t0 82-years-old.
According to Breitbart, the oldest illegal in the case, 82-year-old Elias Slorio-Lopez, a Mexican national, was previously granted a green card. He is currently awaiting deportation while in ICE custody.
The lawsuit filed by the ACLU alleges that the 13 are having their constitutional rights violated, and in the ultimate case of WTF are saying the “fear of contracting the coronavirus constitutes “cruel and unusual punishment.”
The suit states:
The risk that Plaintiffs fear—that the unsafe conditions of Mesa Verde and Yuba cause them to actually contract COVID-19, and that they will face a heightened risk of morbidity or mortality—does not need to become a reality for there to be a violation of their constitutional rights. A Due Process violation may arise, and a court may fashion remedies even before a plaintiff has contracted a communicable disease or such disease has spread within a facility.
This is actually an interesting, and scary road the ACLU is trying to navigate. By using the “communicable disease” shtick, what is to stop the ACLU, or any inmates or illegal “immigrants” from using the same reasoning for communicable diseases such as tuberculosis, which has a tendency to run in corrections facilities?
Federal judges have already ordered the release of other ICE detainees, and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus has asked that ALL ICE detainees, numbering around 40,000 be released. What could possibly go wrong with that?
“ICE must release all detainees now before lives are lost,” said Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX).
Congress’ resident dingbat, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has said that detaining illegal “immigrants” and border-crossers during COVID-19 is a “humanitarian crisis that is right on our doorstep.”
“A decision to do nothing is a decision to do harm,” she said.
An attorney for the ACLU told NBC News, “No one should be forced to live in conditions that imperil their lives during this public health crisis.”

In addition to attorneys, Breitbart is also reporting that more than 3,000 doctors across the country are asking ICE officials in a letter to release illegal “immigrants” and border crossers from custody. The doctors argue that they “should be released while their legal cases are being processed to avoid preventable deaths and mitigate the harm from a [coronavirus] outbreak.” Guess that’s why they are doctors and not lawyers.
Apparently in Pennsylvania, illegal “immigrants” have begun a hunger strike to demand their release. We supposed that would render the coronavirus problem moot.
