Where’s the outrage over what’s happening on our border and to America?

Just this past week, a group of American citizens detained nearly 300 migrants at gun point, on the US side of the border in New Mexico, until Customs and Border Patrol came to process the massive group who illegally entered our country. American citizens are now having to step up to protect America.

Where is the outrage?

If you don’t think our country is being invaded, spend a few minutes here and I will change your mind. Not only are we being invaded, our government is failing to do their job, and worse they are guilty of treason.

Yes, I am making a huge claim, but I am going to spell it out for you here.

Our government is also putting law enforcement officers in danger and putting incredible strain on them to do their daily jobs. This is completely unfair, oppressive, and tyrannical.

First, let’s look at the events.

The group of American citizens call themselves the United Constitutional Patriots. They are now being attacked by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and being accused of kidnapping migrants.

They are being called a far-right wing militia group by the media such as Fox News, New York Times, and others.

The Democrat New Mexico Governor and Attorney General have both spoken out against the group of American citizens calling their actions unacceptable, threatening to migrant families, and saying that regular citizens have no authority to arrest or detain anyone.

Jim Benvie, the spokesperson for the group, says the determined goal of the United Constitutional Patriots is to monitor the border until President Trump fulfills his campaign promise of building a wall and Congress acts to make legislation making it more difficult for migrants to seek asylum.

Benvie also states, “we are just here to support the Border Patrol.”

Over the weekend, the leader of the group, Johnny Horton Jr., was arrested on charges of being a felon in possession of firearms.

It’s a charge unrelated to the treatment of the illegals they were detaining until border patrol arrived. Democrats and the ACLU seem set to make an example of this group. Yet who is in the wrong here?

Let’s break down the facts.

First what does our Constitution say?

Third Amendment

Article 4 Section 4 of the United States Constitution says this:

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

Our Constitution states that the Federal government guarantees to protect every state against invasions and against domestic violence. That is clear and concise.

What are the statistics?

According to Homeland Security, with the current rates of Catch and Release, border crossings, and visa overstays, the U.S. is projected to add 1.5 million illegal aliens to the American population by the end of this year.

There are already an estimated 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the United States.

The current population of the U.S. is 328,614,911.

The birthrate in America is on a decline and hit a 30 year low in 2017 at 3.8 million births. American birthrates are falling yet the illegal alien population is increasing.

Over time this trend will change America, not only in population, but in votes.

The U.S. is crippled with caring for the massive population of illegal aliens living in our country.

Just in terms of healthcare cost, illegal aliens and their US born children cost American tax payers about $17 billion per year. Annual illegal immigration cost American tax payers on average $116 billion per year.

Don’t forget that our government has overspent for so many years that they have enslaved us now in $22 trillion dollars of debt, which China owns much of our debt. Remember you are a slave to your debtor.

As the vast majority of the migrants who illegally invade the US are coming for jobs, it is taking away jobs from many Americans.

Research by the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine discovered that immigration to the country shifts approximately $500 billion in wages away from working class and middle class Americans. This is an unfair truth that our government refuses to do anything about.

“It is past time that localities realize the perils of dangerous sanctuary policies and resume their primary goal of protecting their residents,” said Corey Price, acting executive director of ICE. (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement)

The number of border crossings and apprehensions are sharply increasing each month this year. For the fiscal year 2018, there were a total of 396,579 apprehensions. For apprehensions just between ports of entry and not including the ports, the numbers have risen sharply.

  • January – 47,984
  • February – 66,884
  • March – 92,607

Border officials said this fiscal year, they have seen more than a 300 percent increase in the number of family units apprehended compared to the same time period in fiscal year 2018.

March saw two days with over 4,000 apprehensions in each day alone. This prompted the Customs and Border Protection commissioner, Kevin McAleenan, to call the influx of migrants “crisis proportions”, saying the Border Patrol lacks the lacks the resources to detain them in its facilities.

McAleenan said agents apprehended 4,117 migrants on Tuesday March 26th — the highest single-day total in more than a decade. The previous day, they apprehended 4,000.

As of that morning in March, 13,400 migrants were in Border Patrol custody, and the agency was so far past its capacity that agents began releasing migrants directly into the U.S. after background checks — and without transferring them to ICE custody or fitting them with ankle monitors as they typically do.

“A high number for us is 4,000, a crisis level is 6,000 — 13,000 is unprecedented,” McAleenan said.

Just last week, we saw the pressure increase to the point that we saw Mayor Doug Nicholls of Yuma, Arizona issue an emergency proclamation saying the influx of migrants being released directly into the community has become an “imminent threat” to the town.

The mayor’s emergency plea was intended to send more federal and state assistance in the form of housing, food, and medical supplies.

The very next day, Otero County, New Mexico quickly followed suit declaring a state of emergency asking the New Mexico governor to deploy the national guard to reopen border patrol checkpoints that were closed in March at the border.

The check points are needed to stop drugs and illegal activity at the border. With the massive invasion, shouldn’t everyone in New Mexico be asking the governor why she would close those very important border patrol check points?

“If this demand is not met by the State of New Mexico in one week’s time, the County of Otero will take action itself to provide security and safety and well-being for the people in this county,” Otero County Commission Chairman Couy Griffin said. “Otero County will also consider litigation in regards to the State of New Mexico failing to follow its constitutional duties towards the people of Otero County.”

Not only are border patrol resources maxed out, so are the shelter organizers. Yet why is this our responsibility?

Arizona Republican Senator Martha McSally responded:

“We shouldn’t allow this to continue to happen,” she said. “It is a pull factor. The crisis continues to get worse. The cartels continue to profit off it. The humanitarian crisis is severe. We now are hearing reports of children being recycled back to Central America to then be brought back up again. Because the message is being sent if you show up with a kid you’re going to be let go.”

McSally’s statement is true. This is a system with many facilitating it to happen and children are the key. Here is the reason.

Migrants are told what to do ahead of arriving to our country.

They know to request asylum at the border, either at the port of entry or when they surrender to border patrol after they sneak in the U.S.

Border Patrol Nets

They know that they are unlikely to remain in detention if they travel with a child, and they are much less likely to be deported if they are a “family unit.”

By law, the government cannot keep migrant families in holding facilities at the border for more than 72 hours. They must be transferred to an immigration facility suitable for children or released.

The government is forced to let thousands of illegals go each week because we are overwhelmed with the amounts who invade our country and do not have enough beds to detain them.

When they have a child with them, they are given a court date, told to “come back” and then released. Most never return.

This all comes from the Flores agreement from Flores vs Reno in 1997, which laid out a set of rules for the detention of unaccompanied minors.

In 2015, a California judge, from the liberal 9th circuit no doubt, ruled that this must include children who travel with their parents across the border illegally. This is why the influx is so high of family units. The migrants illegally invading our country know the short cut. All they need is a child.

Just last week, the Department of Homeland Security Advisory Panel recommended emergency action to Congress to be able to detain illegals with children until their status can be fully sorted out, allowing them to either be safely released to await a court date or deported.

“The magnet bringing these surges of family units from Central America is that under Flores, if they bring a child with them, that they will be able to enter the country, claim asylum and get priority and get released into this country,” said Karen Tandy.

Tandy is the former head of the Drug Enforcement Administration, the chair of the subcommittee.

“And they are getting released into the country without the national security requirements being handled because there are too many of these people who have chosen this path. In part they chose this path because Flores made this possible.”

Because it is a very alluring loophole, the unintended consequences of our laws are causing child trafficking.

They need a kid to get in, so they are using them and it will only get worse.

Now the supposed ‘Mother of All Caravans’ is forming, Mexico is warning the US. Interior Secretary Olga Sanchez Cordero fears that up to 20,000 migrants from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala are already gathering in Honduras.

“We have information that a new caravan is forming in Honduras, that they’re calling ‘the mother of all caravans,’ and they are thinking it could have more than 20,000 people,” she insisted Wednesday.

There is no end in sight to the invasion of the U.S.!

However, the most incredible and infuriating part of this entire problem on monumental levels is the reality that people we actually elect to serve us American tax paying citizens, have actually passed laws protecting these masses of people who invade our lands and break our laws.

Sanctuary laws in cities, counties, and states are laws, ordinances, regulations, resolutions, policies, or other practices that obstruct immigration enforcement and shield criminals from ICE, either by refusing to or prohibiting agencies from complying with ICE detainers, imposing unreasonable conditions on detainer acceptance, denying ICE access to interview incarcerated aliens, or otherwise impeding communication or information exchanges between their personnel and federal immigration officers.

Not only does this protect basically enemies that have invaded our lands illegally, but it also creates an undue burden on ICE officers trying to do their job, which they took an oath to do.

Speaking of enemies invading our lands… that reminds me of one of the most severe crimes in our nation, the crime of treason.

Article 3 Section 3 of our Constitution defines Treason as:

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.  No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.”

This is where we can all agree, that Democrats who have overwhelmingly voted to give illegals sanctuary in our country, providing them ‘aid and comfort’ and protection from ICE and federal immigration officers is definitely treason.

We don’t need two witnesses to give testimony, we have an entire nation of tax payers to testify to this atrocity committed on the American people!

Now let’s really ask the question.

Is it truly unreasonable that Americans are taking it upon themselves to patrol the border and detaining illegals who just invaded our land until border patrol arrives, all in an effort to protect our beloved country?

I really don’t think so.

While Democrats and the ACLU try their best to attack a patriot group merely trying to protect America and use them as an example to incite fear into others from doing so, who is really in the wrong?

There was a day not too long ago where men fought and died to gain freedom from a tyrannical government right here in this country. In that day, if people in our newly created government of the United States of America would have committed treason, the American people would have ripped them out of their seats of power and hung them in the streets.

When was that you ask? Circa 1776 and for a good number of years thereafter. You know, back when people truly understood the face of tyranny or should I say socialism, and when people truly respected the price of freedom.

I ask again, America – where is the outrage?

And finally…

When do we do something about it?
